
Hello, my name is Laurie Gregg, creator of Thimage. You are about to embark on a weight loss system that will not only affect the physical you, but every other area of your life as well. Your sense of well being, your energy level, your memory, your health…and so much more!
Now, my goal is not necessarily to make you skinny, but to put you in a place where you have control and understanding of your body and your weight. The Thimage exercises have given the control back to me as it will for you.
The Thimage program utilizes a form of hypnotherapy to get you in touch with your inner thoughts. This is creative visualization and meditation. (For more information on how Thimage works, go to the SCIENCE page.)
Thimage may be used alone or to complement and enhance other diet programs. The Thimage goal is to get you in touch with the blocks that hinder your weight control. This program allows you to get in touch with your inner motivation so that you will stick to your own healthy way of life and /or be successful with whatever program you are doing. This may be weight loss or otherwise.
Thimage works best if you think of it as an adventure and get excited about truly discovering yourself. It’s about losing weight, getting to know yourself, getting to like yourself and having fun.
